Warranty

Every IKAIKA ring comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the day it arrives.

What's covered

• A stone that falls out due to a manufacturing flaw
• A clasp, setting, or band that fails because of how it was made, not how it was worn
• Any other defect that came from us, not from everyday wear

What's not covered

• Normal tarnishing on sterling silver, that's just how silver ages, and it polishes right back up
• Gradual wear on 14k gold plating from water, sweat, lotion, or perfume (see our Product Care page for how to make it last)
• Scratches, dents, or damage from everyday wear, drops, or accidents
• Lost or stolen rings

How to make a claim

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. If it's a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. If your exact ring is no longer in stock, we'll offer store credit or an exchange for another ring instead.
