Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

To submit a request for a return please click HERE to begin the request.

You have 30 days from date of delivery to return for a full refund (minus shipping). If your return is between 30-45 days since delivery you will receive store credit. No returns are accepted after 45 days. No International returns. Free shipping doesn't apply to international orders. If you have any questions, please ask us at Help@ikaikastudios.com. 

How long do orders take to ship?

You can always track your package HERE. We pride ourselves in being extremely fast. And although that is usually the case please allow us 3-5 business days to package your order. Depending on the time of year, and where you live, shipping can take around 3-5 days. You can track your order via your shipping confirmation email. 

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be shown at checkout.

Some international shipments will require duties/customs fees to be paid before delivery. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

What does it mean if my order is in Pre-Shipment?

This means that our team is packing your order, or we have handed it off to the shipping carrier and they haven't scanned the package yet. Please allow tracking 48 hours to update.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?

We have a one-year guarantee that covers any normal wear defects, tarnishing, etc. Submit a request HERE to be reviewed by our team.

Refer to our size guide HERE. All our rings are standard US sizing.
